We are Steve Dew and Rachael Endean. We have worked together since 2012 as senior leaders in two Oxford City schools. We are currently Head Teacher and Assistant Head Teacher of an oversubscribed, two-form entry primary school in an area of deprivation and high challenge.

Steve: Head Teacher / Founder of AP

Steve has worked in schools for the last 15 years including nursery, primary and secondary schools. For the past couple of years, in his spare time, he has been working on the concept of AssessProgress and supporting the development, coding and piloting of COMPARE (ACJ) with the Digital Assess team for use in primary and secondary schools. 

Rachael: Assistant Head Teacher / Designer / CONTINUUM Guru 

Rachael has worked in several primary schools in Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire. She has had responsibility for assessment and data at her current school for the last 6 years.  In her spare time, she has been supporting the design and development of the original Excel scripts for CONTINUUM and ACHIEVE.
